Barista – Dignita Hoftuin
We are looking for experienced baristas for our beautiful brunch restaurant Dignita Hoftuin, both for our bar inside and with our coffee cart in our sunny garden. Working at Dignita means more than just working in the hospitality industry. You make delicious specialty coffee on a La Marzocco and you contribute to our social goal. A day as a Barista:
When you open the restaurant, you make sure everything at the bar is ready for the day to make perfect coffees, pour delicious juices and serve beautiful cocktails. You make coffee for your colleagues and when guests arrive, you prepare all the drinks. When it gets busier you get help from your bar colleagues. In between you make sure the bar stays tidy and you help the service team where necessary. Are you closing the restaurant? Then you make sure the bar is clean and stocked for the next day.
The coffee cart is open on busy Summer days, for to go drinks and cakes in our garden. When you work on the coffee cart, you are responsible for opening it up, operating it and closing it in the late afternoon.
This makes you happy:
- 3-4 shifts a week, including one weekend day
- Peruvian Arabica espresso blend, specially made for Dignita by Rum Baba coffee roasters
- Adjusting the coffee grinder for the perfect espresso shots
- You are social and stay optimistic during peak times
- Pouring beautiful latte art and mixing delicious cocktails
- You speak fluent Dutch or English
- Contributing to our social mission: Eat Well, Do Good

We serve the following terms & conditions:
- Flexible contract with an hourly wage starting from €16 (including 8% holiday money and paid holiday hours)
- Eight-hour working days between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Pension accrual at PH&C
- Travel allowance to be discussed

- Discount! Outside working hours you always get a 50% discount and during working hours you brunch for only €2,25
