Barista – Dignita Vondelpark
We are looking for an experienced baristas for our beautiful brunch restaurant next to the beautiful Vondelpark. Working at Dignita means more than just working in the hospitality industry. A day as a barista:
When you open the restaurant, you make sure that everything at the bar is ready for the day to make perfect coffee, pour delicious juices and serve beautiful cocktails. You make coffees for your colleagues and when guests arrive, you prepare all the drinks. When it gets busier, you get help from your bar colleagues. In between, you make sure that the bar stays tidy and you help the service where necessary. Are you closing the restaurant? Then you make sure that the bar is clean and stocked for the next day.
This makes you happy:
- Working 2-3 days a week, including one weekend day
- Peruvian Arabica espresso blend, specially made for Dignita by Rum Baba coffee roasters
- Adjusting the coffee grinder for the perfect espresso shots
- You are social and stay optimistic during peak times
- You speak fluent Dutch or English
- Contributing to our social mission: Eat Well, Do Good

We serve the following terms & conditions:
- Zero hour contract with a salary starting from €14,91 per hour (excl 8% holiday pay)
- Pension accrual at PH&C
- Travel allowance to be discussed
- Monthly tip money, shared between restaurant staff
