Shiftleader Dignita Vondelpark
We are looking for an enthusiastic shift leader for our Dignita Vondelpark location. Working at Dignita means more than just working in hospitality. A day as shift leader:
You won’t get bored with us. As a shift leader you help the restaurant manager and supervisor to manage the day-to-day business. Because of your strong organisational skills, everything runs smoothly and because of your hospitality, our guests have a great time. You are responsible for opening or closing the restaurant.
This gets you hungry:
- Leading a small team (3-5 colleagues) in good cooperation
- Giving guests the ultimate breakfast/brunch/lunch experience
- Ensure that the restaurant always looks top notch
- Start the cash register properly in the morning and close it correctly in the evening
- Making beautiful coffees, yummy juices and delicious cocktails
- Contribute to our social mission: Eat Well, Do Good
You tick these quality requirements:
- Available 3-4 days a week, including one weekend day
- You are social, keep an overview and remain calm during peak moments
- Responsible, with work experience in customer-facing industries such as hospitality and retail
- You speak fluent Dutch or English
- Affinity with our social purpose
- It is an advantage if you have barista experience
- No more than one hour travel time from our Vondelpark restaurant

Tasty terms and conditions:
- Full-time salary starting from €2,462 (38 hours per week; Horeca CAO wage scale IV) and 8% holiday pay. A flexible 0-hour contract is also possible!
