Dignita is your go-to café for delicious brunch. With three stunning locations, you can enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch in the heart of Amsterdam Zuid, nestled amongst the oasis of the Hoftuin, right in the centre of Amsterdam, or at our location near Amsterdam Westerpark.

Since 2015, Dignita has been creating delicious brunches, making exceptional coffee and hosting memorable events. Our menus highlight the seasons and reinvent traditional brunch classics with a twist. We’re focused on serving you the freshest food with every attention paid to detail; our philosophy is to hand craft every menu item from scratch using free range and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
To do so, we work with reliable suppliers, who do not compromise on quality and align to our values, such as Lindenhoff, Max&Bien and RumBaba. Our main wholesaler is VHC Jongens, a company that aims to operate in a socially responsible and sustainable way and offers many local and organic products.
We also focus on the lighter side of life, mindfully creating nutritious menu items to support a healthy lifestyle or your food/allergy preferences. Dignita has something for everyone!
Do Good
Dignita is a social enterprise and consists of three successful brunch restaurants and a vibrant events department in Amsterdam. This means 100% of the profit of the Dignita restaurants is used for the certified training programs of the Dignita Foundation. The common goal: to offer a new outlook on life for those who have experienced exploitation, assisting them in developing greater resilience as they seek to become reintegrated into the workplace and society.
For delivery you can order through Uber Eats. You can also place a take-away order over the phone and pick it up later.
