Celebration Cakes

At Dignita we create delicious cakes and slices, with interesting flavours and textures. Everything is carefully made from scratch by our pastry chefs and there are options for people with allergies and vegans.

Would you like to have a Dignita cake at home or at the office? Check our selection below to see the different options. Cakes are available in two sizes: for 6-8 people (small), and for 10-12 people (large) depending on the cake. Cakes can be picked up at one of our restaurants 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Vegan Pear & Hazelnut cake – small

This classic beauty has a plant-based, buckwheat sponge on the base, which is topped with chunky pear confit, hazelnut praline and a light tonka bean chantilly cream.

Speculaas & Caramel Cheesecake – small & large

A fresh & lively New York baked cheesecake. We’ve combined a crunchy speculaas base, with a salted cheese cake filling. Finished with a sticky caramel topping.

Dutch Apple Pie – small & large

Our apple pie tastes homemade, because it is! We make our own crumbly sweet short pastry & use fresh Goudreinet apples combined with lemon and traditional dutch spices such as cloves and cinnamon to produce a sweet yet tart filling.  We finally finish it off with a crumble topping which gives a lovely crunchy texture to every bite.

Classic Carrot Cake – small & large

One of our best sellers! We use the sweetness of pineapple with freshly grated carrots & spices to produce this fluffy and moist creation. To top it off, we ice our carrot cake with a traditional vanilla cream cheese icing and garnish with colourful dried fruits and seeds. Nut allergy friendly!

Celebration Cake

A classic three-tier cake to celebrate any occasion. Topped with fresh flowers. Choose between:

  • Red Velvet: Naturally coloured sponge cake layered with fluffy cream cheese icing and a hint of plum & elderflower.
  • Moist Devil’s Food Chocolate cake layered with a salted chocolate buttercream

Chocolate Fantasy Mousse Cake – small

Decadent layers make up this beautiful creation. A sable pastry base made with crunchy smoked almonds & chocolate, topped with a layer of caramel, chocolate sponge and the silkiest chocolate mousse. Finally coated in dark chocolate & topped with whipped chocolate ganache. Not for the faint hearted!
